2010 will be a year when God will ask each of us to rise higher in the Lord to a place where we will begin to see from heaven's perspective. A new dawn is rising and with it a new hope for the future. This new dawn will release great joy in the people of God. Weeping may have taken place in the night, but God's joy is coming to those who see from God's perspective.
