WANTING TO BE A PEOPLE OF HONOR
In this season we are exploring what it means to be a people of honor. The word "honor" means to place value on someone or something. God has called us to honor all people no matter who they are. In our culture we are told we must earn honor. We are told only certain people deserve our honor. God's Kingdom is different. God gives us a place of honor first before He asks us to live honorably. When we honor people we are honoring who they are in God's eyes - a finished product of honor that is still in process. When we redirect our words towards honor our words become supernatural tools that prophetically encourage the broken and weak to see themselves as God's sees them. From that revelation of honor we move beyond just religious change into the process of spiritual transformation.
