We believe that a healthy church is comprised of teams of people who serve the Lord out of their Spirit-empowered gifts. Our Leadership Team exists to serve people in the discovery and release of their calling as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Garris and Jan Elkins - Senior Leaders Garris and Jan are the Senior Leaders at Living Waters Church. Garris is our primary teaching pastor and leads the overall ministry of Living Waters. Jan leads the Counseling and Women's Ministry at Living Waters. Garris and Jan desire to see the people of Living Waters fall passionately in love with Jesus Christ and learn to walk each day in the power and presence of God's Spirit. They love to spend time exploring the history of Southern Oregon and taking walks in the hills above their home. Garris and Jan have two grown children, Anna and David. Janis Nelson - Children's Ministry Janis is the Children's Pastor at Living Waters Church. She and her husband Gary have lived in the Valley for 27 years. They have two grown daughters, Kate and Andi. They have been a part of Living Waters family since 1985. Janis has been the Children's Pastor at Living Waters since 2000. Her unquenchable desire is to see the children of Living Waters fall in love with God. |

Ryan and Kate are the Youth Pastors at Living Waters and both were born and raised in the valley. They attended L.I.F.E. Bible College. They have been on staff since 2000.

Andy Southmayd - Worship Ministries Andy coordinates the Worship Ministry at Living Waters. He has a passion for authentic worship not only when the church gathers each week but in the marketplace. Andy is married to Andrea and they share their home with Trout their beagle dog. Andy is a committed soccer devotee and is still trying to convince the rest of the pastoral staff that they need to join the rest of the world and become soccer fans. |
